Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Short Speech

I am sure you have heard about Chatrapathi Shivaji . He is the son of Jijabai and Shahji. He conquered many forts at the age of 17.He made friends with the local boys and converted them into great warriors.

Shivaji's constant victories over the Mughal Army startled Emperor Aurangazeb; he named Shivaji the MOUNTAIN RAT. Once Siddi Johar attacked Panhala Fort in order to crush Shivaji's army. But can they crush such a formidable force? So Shivaji sent his barber dressed in his attire. When the Mughal Army caught him (the barber} he got scared and told that it was too late to go after Shivaji for he had escaped Panhala Fort with his army long ago.

Once Emperor Aurangazeb invited Shivaji for his 50th birthday and insulted him. Shivaji was enraged and he walked out of the assembly. After this he was put into HOUSE ARREST. Shivaji got an idea. He pretended to be sick and told that he wished to send sweets to Brahmins, fakirs and priests.

One day the sweet boxes carried something else SHIVAJI and his son SAMBHAJI. After this Shivaji ruled like a just and loyal king. His dream of an independent state finally came true. But he was not destined to rule for long, he died after suffering for fever at the age of 40 years.

HE WAS A TRUE SON OF BHARAT MATA!!
